A good place to relax｜Shelter Cafe

Recently, a small hipster cafe near our company has started operating in the evening. It is rare in the industrial area. It provides us with a good place to relax after get off work and watch the sunset. We are not afraid of being hungry when we take the long-distance bus home. Since the quality is better than the nearby restaurants, the place is often full during the lunch hour. The boss is from a chain of western restaurants. He has a higher pursuit of food and coffee quality and resolutely opened a small shop in an industrial building. The layout is mainly western style, with vinyl music echoing, many landscape photos and vinyl records hanging on the wall, the dining table is made of solid wood, and the blue, white and yellow chairs are plain embellishments. It is also very interesting to pair it with German pork knuckle, which has a strong gelatinous meat flavor. 🥐All Day Breakfast | 8/10 There are black truffle scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, Japanese herb pork sausage, freshly roasted cremini mushrooms, hash browns, croissants, beans in tomato sauce and salad. The boss is very thoughtful about the presentation. The black truffle scrambled eggs are moderately seasoned, the eggs retain their tenderness, the black truffle flavor is not too strong, and the freshly roasted cremini mushrooms are very juicy and super delicious. ☕️Caffe Mocha | 8/10 The boss is also good at latte art.
