A good value for money ramen shop in Shatin!

Tonkotsu 8 by Mita Noodle Maker Last night I went to Shatin with my mum to look for food. When we went to Citylink, we saw a ramen shop full of people, so we queued up to try it! Wheelchair users have to take the bus to the 4th floor after entering New Town Plaza from Shatin Station, then walk up the ramp and search for goods to the 1st floor before they reach the ramen shop. The ramen shop is quite small, with about 14 tables. If several wheelchairs go in together to eat, it may not be possible! 1. Spicy Pork Bone Ramen $72 (8/10) This bowl of ramen is slightly spicy, the pork bone flavor is very strong, the ramen is thin noodles, the noodles are bouncy and moderately soft! There is also half a candied egg and a piece of char siu. The char siu is slightly too thin and a little tough! 2. Fried Chicken Spicy Noodles $88 (9/10) This bowl of stir-fried noodles is amazing, there are 6 pieces of fried chicken, fried chicken is very crispy, chicken is very tender, not soft and no frozen taste, plus lots of onions, corn, seaweed with salad dressing, and an egg yolk mixed together to eat, better than Campto stir-fried noodles many, many times, extremely high value for money, very affordable! 3. Hokkaido Honeydew Daifuku $18 (7/10) The last 3 honeydew melon daifuku for dessert is a summary, it's perfect! Total price for 2 people is $195.8, plus 10% service charge!
