The combination of food, side dish and sauce completely elevated the food to another level. It was amazing 👍🏻 ~ Burrata cheese with pickled cherry tomatoes: The appearance of this appetizer is definitely a "wow" surprise! The second layer is topped with cherry tomatoes, and the next layer is topped with caviar and basil herbs. The taste and appearance are both "superb"! ~ Mushroom soup with roasted porcini: The mushroom soup is very thick, and with the addition of porcini, it has a fragrant aroma. ~ Grilled black pork chop: The black pork chop is very juicy! I particularly appreciated the chef’s use of parsnip puree and apple puree, which perfectly brought out the flavor of the pork chop. ~ Caramel Pear Mousse Cake: Very refreshing, and topped off with homemade pear ice cream, it’s the perfect ending. #foodie
