Royal Loster is a highly acclaimed restaurant that opened in the basement of Waikiki Shopping Plaza. It is run by a Korean and the staff are kind and polite, so it is a comfortable place to be. The easiest way to enter the restaurant is to go down the stairs from the Royal Hawaiian Avenue side of Waikiki Shopping Plaza. The menu has three types of items: lobster roll, lobster salad, and lobster bisque, and I think most people come for the rolls. Of course, I ordered a lobster roll (market price). The roll that came with the salad and potato chips was a generous amount of lobster on brioche. It was so filling because it used all the crab meat, including the joints, claws, and tails. And it was covered in a generous amount of butter, so it was shiny all over. It tastes best when you bite into it with your hands and mouth sticky! If you like it spicy, I was told to add the spices on the table, but in terms of tasting the ingredients, simple might be the best✋ It was a dish that really satisfied both body and soul◎ I didn't have an image of lobster rolls in Hawaii.
