Admiring this Wat

Wat Wat Chomkao Manilat is one of the town's newest temples, located near the speedboat jetty in Huay Xai, Bokeo, Laos. The orderly row of Buddha statues coated in gold leaf and carved in meditation poses is the temple's main characteristic feature. There are eight Buddha sculptures to adore here, and the temple also has a view of the Mekong River.
