Thewanya Dara Resort & Spa

This trip we booked a 2 bedroom grand pool villa. The hotel informed us that it is a newly renovated room, which will have 2 bedrooms and a sofabed in both rooms, hence the word 'grand' is included. Normally, the original type of room would have a sofabed in one room and the other room would not have one, and it would be smaller than the grand room. The area of this room is 250 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 jacuzzi, 1 regular bathtub, and a private swimming pool with a depth of 1.2 meters. There is 1 inflatable ring provided. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, pots, dishes, and spoons, all in villa style. Each bedroom has a 6-foot bed and a long sofabed on the side, approximately like putting together 3.5 mattresses in a row, which can be used for sleeping right away. For this trip, we traveled with 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant. From the 2 bedroom room, they allow 4 people to sleep, so we requested 2 extra beds to accommodate 6 people. The hotel then arranged for one room to sleep 3 people, with pillows, blankets, towels, and various amenities for 3 people. There is no buffet breakfast, but A La Carte meals, one set for 2 people. The food is quite delicious.
