Ms. Pat, the receptionist, took great care of us. She also recommended various facilities, breakfast, and took us to our room with BellBoy. After checking in, in the evening, we asked about the price to upgrade to a room with Pool Access. In the end, we paid an additional 1,500 baht per night to upgrade to room 2104, which is a Deluxe Pool Access room. It was a good decision and very worthwhile. We could walk straight from the balcony to the pool. The room was behind the Water Slide. We walked up and down the Slide and had a great time. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very soul-sucking. The room was soundproof. It was a place where we felt like we were really getting a rest. When the staff at the hotel passed each other, they bowed and greeted us. They chatted as if we were relaxing with the conversation.
