[Ichinoseki] Folk Culture Museum of Sake

A museum that shows the sake brewing process, using a modified clay figurine that is the largest in Tohoku. It's about a 15-minute walk from Ichinoseki Station on the Tohoku Main Line. I stopped in because I had an hour to wait for the train. When I got there, I realized that there was a brewery restaurant, a cafe, and a direct sales store for sake, so an hour wasn't enough. As a museum it was small, but there was plenty to see and I enjoyed it. Next time I'll take my time and enjoy the food. #Ichinoseki #SakeFolkCultureMuseum
