Had lunch at Chuojung Namwon Chueotang!

I enjoyed a delicious meal with my parents at Chuojung Namwon Chueotang near my house. Since I haven't had chueotang (loach soup) often and felt a bit hesitant, I ordered the pumpkin cheese pork cutlet instead. However, when I tried the soup from the chueotang my mom ordered, I was surprised by the rich perilla seed flavor—it didn't feel like chueotang at all! 😊 Adding plenty of chives that come with the dish makes the taste even cleaner and more refreshing. The pumpkin cheese pork cutlet I ordered was freshly fried, and the cheese inside stretched beautifully. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside—absolutely delicious!
