Taipingshan Cherry Blossom Festival

Mount Taihei is located in the southern part of Tochigi Prefecture. The entire mountain has about 4,000 cherry trees, and the roads on the north side are also lined with cherry trees. When the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the two-kilometer-long cherry blossom tunnel is fascinating. When you come here to enjoy the flowers, you can also taste the three famous products of Mount Taihei: meatballs, grilled chicken skewers, and tamagoyaki.
