Jeju Cafe Shin Sang: A New Spot with Ocean View

I recently visited a new cafe in Jeju with an ocean view, featuring signature menu items like Kaymak Honey Scones, Pistachio Latte, Dragon Mango Fruit, and handmade Pineapple Cake. The cafe is decorated with a bright and Instagram-worthy aesthetic, creating a charming atmosphere. Located in Jeju's Iho area, the cafe stands out with its unique exterior, making it easy to spot. The spacious interior is perfect for groups, and its proximity to Jeju Airport makes it a great choice for those looking for a bakery cafe nearby. At Cafe Shin Sang near Iho Tewoo Beach, you can enjoy hand-drip coffee, signature drinks like Pistachio Latte and various ades, as well as Matcha, Apple Mango, Green Tangerine, and Ssanghwa Tea, catering to diverse tastes. Pair your coffee with delightful treats like Lemon, Walnut, Cocoa Marlenka, and Brownies. The outdoor garden features pink muhly grass during autumn, with tables for 2-3 people, making it a picturesque spot for travel photos on sunny days. The dessert menu includes handmade Pineapple Cake, Plain Scones, Kaymak Honey Scones, Raspberry Scones, Castella, and Cheesecake, all perfect to enjoy with coffee or drinks while admiring the ocean view. On the first floor, there’s a large table near the counter that can accommodate multiple guests, with a warm ambiance inspired by Nordic and modern design. Upstairs on the second floor, the space is divided into cozy areas with soft sofas, ideal for extended stays. Each table has a unique vibe, complemented by magazines and decor that evoke the feeling of being in a foreign cafe. Unlike the chilly sea breeze outside, the interior is warm and inviting. I ordered the signature Pistachio Latte and Kaymak Honey Scone. The sweet latte paired perfectly with the honeycomb-filled scone, which was moist and sweet. It was one of the softest and most delicious scones I’ve had recently, leaving a lasting impression.
