Jeju Hamdeok Alley Main Branch operates from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM every day except Thursdays. If you visit during the morning hours, you can enjoy your meal without waiting, as there are fewer customers. However, starting from 11:00 AM, the restaurant becomes packed with both locals and tourists, and you may need to wait for at least 10 to 20–30 minutes. Inside the main branch, there are chairs available for waiting, and you can register your turn at the counter using the Catch Table system. When you order hangover soup and innards soup, they are served with diced radish kimchi, minced garlic, chili peppers, anchovy sauce, and perilla leaves for wrapping. The innards soup stands out as one of the top three in terms of flavor compared to other restaurants, with a rich and hearty broth. Adding minced garlic enhances the taste, and the soup includes glass noodles. The broth is moderately spicy, making it enjoyable for most palates.
