Despite using domestic beef rather than imported Chinese beef, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent, earning the restaurant a reputation for its delicious offerings. Known for its great value, the restaurant often fills up during dinner hours, but reservations are available to avoid waiting and enjoy dishes like Hwangso Gui and fried rice. When ordering the 800g Hwangso Gui Platter, the staff sets up a stone grill along with side dishes, and aluminum foil is used to cook the meat. Side dishes include shredded green onions, aged kimchi, bean sprouts, regular kimchi, radish kimchi, pickled onions, and salad, all of which are meticulously prepared and flavorful. Grilling mushrooms and onions together enhances digestion, and wrapping the meat in lettuce allows diners to fully savor the beef’s taste. The stone grill’s high heat cooks the meat quickly, making it easy to enjoy. The fried rice, prepared by the staff, is convenient and delicious, featuring kimchi and beef.
