Don’t miss black pork bbq when you go to Jeju

Black pork kbbq is a dish that is special to Jeju and which you should really try if you go there for a holiday! It uses the domestic black pig that is prized for its unique, meaty flavour. And when cooked on a sizzling bbq plate, with various Korean condiments and side dishes… MASHISOYO 😍 One of the popular chains in Jeju you can try is Sukseongdo (숙성도), which often attracts long lines. We went at 4pm so it wasn’t too crowded. I really enjoyed the kimchi stew that was served with our 2 orders of black pork belly and neck (the former was much juicier and tastier, I’d recommend that), as well as the white kimchi, wasabi and mentaiko condiments to go with it.
