Spring in Jeju Island brings breathtaking cherry blossoms in its parks. Here are some must-visit parks: • Donneung-ro: Known as Jeju's 'Cherry Blossom Tunnel,' this 1.2-kilometer cherry blossom avenue was once selected as one of 'Korea's Most Beautiful Roads.' Visit between 6 AM and 8 AM to avoid tour groups. Take photos from the arched bridge in the middle of the road or with Hallasan Mountain in the background. You can take bus 465 to the 'Donneung-ro Entrance' stop. • Jeju University: The campus boasts over 300 King Cherry Blossom trees, whose petals are larger than those of regular varieties. You can also enjoy cherry blossom-themed desserts at the student cafeteria (available from March to April). Remember to keep quiet in the teaching building areas. • Sinsan Park: Home to the first Jeju Cherry Blossom Festival held in 1992, this park has a long history of cherry blossom viewing.
