Cheongwansan, Sweaty, Stunning, and Totally Worth It

#summervacay So Cheongwansan? Yeah, she shows up. I went in thinking it’d be a casual little hike, wrong. It starts off all peaceful, then bam, you’re climbing and sweating and wondering why you ever left your bed. 😂 But honestly? It’s kind of perfect. The trail’s got this wild, untamed vibe with huge rock formations and trees doing their twisty, ancient tree thing. You’ll hit a few steep spots that’ll make your thighs cry, but then the views hit even harder. The summit? Chef’s kiss. Full 360 views of the sea, mountains, sky, just endless. I could’ve sat up there for hours pretending I was in some nature documentary. Bring water. Lots of it. And maybe a towel, ‘cause wow, it gets real. It’s not an easy breezy stroll, but if you’re into hikes that make you feel alive (and mildly destroyed in the best way), Cheongwansan delivers. 10/10 would hike again. Maybe with knee support next time.
