Gyubata all-beef cuisine

It has been in business for nearly 30 years, starting from a small stall in a tin house to the current stand-alone restaurant. We use Hualien buffalo raised on the grassland, slaughtered on the same day and marinated with minimal seasoning. From the hide to the internal organs, all parts of the cow are provided. It is fresh and juicy, and the way to eat it is bold. Even Shu Guozhi, a famous Taiwanese food writer, strongly recommends it.
