Best time to travel Jiaxing has four distinct seasons, and spring and autumn are the best time to travel. In spring (March to May), flowers bloom in profusion and the earth revives. If you come to Jiaxing at this time, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of plum blossoms in Meihuazhou and rape flowers in Xiangjiadang. 🗓Itinerary: Day 1: Arrive in Jiaxing in the morning and head to Nanhu Scenic Area, the birthplace of the Communist Party of China. Special snacks: Jiaxing glutinous rice dumplings: Jiaxing's iconic food, there are meat glutinous rice dumplings, red bean paste glutinous rice dumplings, egg yolk glutinous rice dumplings and other flavors, among which Wufangzhai and Zhenzhenlaolao's glutinous rice dumplings are the most famous. Nanhu Water Chestnut: The water chestnut unique to Nanhu is fresh, juicy, sweet and delicious. It can be eaten raw or made into dishes such as fried water chestnut with meat.
