#getgoing2025 Great Mosque of Kairouan While staying in Sousse, we took a day trip to Kairouan. The highlight was definitely the Great Mosque of Kairouan. This large mosque is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The architecture is beautiful, with huge courtyards and cool details everywhere. It's really peaceful and you can feel the history everywhere.
