Kamakura 1 day ☀️🚃☁️

If you are visiting Tokyo and want to go out of town for a day, I recommend Kamakura. I went there again in the summer. Even though it was hot, the atmosphere was still nice. It is a tourist city with lots of tourists. 🎏 🍚 When you get to Kamakura Station, go for a walk on the walking street first. There are lots of shops and food. Then, go to the famous raw fish restaurant, Kamakama Honten. It is a small shop. Sometimes you have to wait in line. Overall, it is delicious. ☕️ Stop by a coffee shop near the station called Ignis. It is a specialty coffee shop. The price is a bit high, but it is delicious. Sit and relax with a cup of coffee. 🚃 Then, go buy an Enoden Pass. You can use it to ride the green train. You can buy it at Kamakura Station for 800 yen. ⛩️ Take the green train to Hase Station. There are 2 temples here: Kotoku-in Temple and Hasedera Temple. Both have great atmospheres. I recommend going to both temples. 🌊 Walk back to the green train and get off at Kamakurakokō-Mae Station. It is very popular. There are a lot of people here. Most people come to take pictures while the train is running with the sea in the background. This is recommended to be careful of cars. And at this point, cross the road and you will see the sea. You can walk down and take a leisurely walk. If you have time left, you can continue to Enoshima. Or in the evening, you can sit and watch the sunset by the sea.
