This time, I tried two different set meals: 🍱 Ushiju ¥7,920 Noto Beef Premium Sirloin Steak Top-grade sirloin steak Although this is the most expensive set meal on the menu, the incredibly high-quality sirloin steak is truly delicious 😙 🍱 Ushimabushi ¥4,950 Noto Beef Roast Beef Three-way roast beef bowl This dish features roast beef of the same grade as other set meals, allowing you to savor the sweetness of Noto Beef. The third way to enjoy it involves adding beef bone broth, which has a fresh taste reminiscent of Tainan's warm beef soup.
