I went to Blausee Lake the other day, but Oeschinen is at sea level, so it feels like walking on top of a mountain range. I personally thought it was much more impactful. I think the mountain spirit will come out. Don't give up because the weather is bad! No one knows when the weather in Switzerland will change. Don't trust the weather until you go. It's random. I'm going to go in the summer and definitely do some trekking.
