I hate to argue at the counter and have to use connections to get a promotion. If the app offers you a room upgrade, you will stay in that room. It's normal not to get an upgrade, so just stay in the room you originally booked. I didn't take many photos this time, because I was facing the city scenery and didn't have much incentive to take photos. There are free cookies in the lobby on the first floor. You can take them as you like. They are delicious. But I was too embarrassed to take more, so I just took four slices as a token of my appreciation. This goes great with coffee. In fact, what is even more delicious is the Earl Grey tea ordered from the bar on the first floor, which comes with two free biscuits. I'd like to ask if I can buy these cookies later?
