Day 4 Mardi Himal (High Camp-Mardi Himal)

Finally, the highlight day of this trip We woke up early and had to start walking since 4am to be able to see the sunrise on the mountaintop The first part of the path is along the cliff It is quite narrow and steep, almost perpendicular Fortunately, it was dark and we could not see below, otherwise our legs would have been shaking We continued to climb up, once we were off the dirt We came across another steep staircase When it was almost 6am, the sun started revealing a 360-degree view Looking back, we saw mountains as far as the eye could see In front was the Machhapuchre fishtail On the left was the Annapurna mountain range At this point, no matter where we turned our camera, it was beautiful We could not stop pressing the shutter It took about 2:00 hrs from High Camp We went up to rest at Upper View Point (4,200 m) Here, if you want to walk to Mardi Himal Base Camp at 4,500 m, it will take another 1:00-1:30 hrs.
