Thung Salaeng Luang - Nong Mae Na tent site

Another natural tourist attraction that is still rich and beautiful, with a view of the savannah grasslands as far as the eye can see. Thung Salaeng Luang is considered one of the largest national parks in Thailand. There are many types of plants, trees, pine forests, streams, and wildlife. The camping area is located at the Nong Mae Na National Park Ranger Unit. There is a wide open grassland and a pine forest. There are houses for rent, tents for rent, and a car campsite. There are activities to choose from such as cycling (for rent), hiking, or driving to see nature. The tourist service area has separate male and female bathrooms with lighting and a dishwashing area, but there is no trash disposal area. Tourists must bring black bags to dispose of trash outside the park. There is a convenience store, but it was closed when we visited. There is no electricity, so you must bring a power bank.
