Khao Luang, Sukhothai, nicknamed “The Mountain That Conquers Experts in the North”

Khao Luang is the highest peak in Sukhothai, at 1,200 meters above sea level. It is located in Ramkhamhaeng National Park. The distance from the Ramkhamhaeng National Park office to the resting point is 3.72 kilometers, which is a steep slope all the way. Therefore, those who will walk up the mountain must be prepared, both physically and importantly, durable and suitable shoes. The tourist route on Khao Luang consists of 4 peaks: Phra Khao Chedi Peak, Phra Mae Ya Peak, Phu Ka Peak, and Narai Peak.
