Dongnatham Forest

Dong Na Tham Forest is a forest located in the northern part of Pha Taem National Park. It is adjacent to 3 districts: Khong Chiam District, Si Mueang Mai District, and Pho Sai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The eastern part of the area is adjacent to the Mekong River, which is the border of Thailand and Laos. It covers an area of ​​approximately 88 square kilometers or approximately 55,000 rai. Dong Na Tham Forest is suitable for nature study trekking because in addition to the variety of beautiful and unusual plants and flowers, there are also small and medium-sized waterfalls with a lot of water during September - December, including Kit Waterfall, Cha Pan Waterfall, Huai Pok Waterfall, Kuang Ton Waterfall, Soi Waterfall, and Thung Na Muang Waterfall. There are many cliffs along the Mekong River, such as Pha Chanadai, Pha Kamphan, Pha Hin Taek, Pha Chom Kom, Pha Daeng, Pha Hin Fon, and Pha Ya Phit.
