The breakfast buffet is served from 6:30 to 10:30. The food line is quite extensive and varied, whether it is Thai, Chinese or Western food. You can walk around and choose and try until you are full. They also serve fresh coconut water, a famous dish of Koh Samui, served whole, very fragrant, sweet and refreshing. Plus, healthy people don't have to worry because they have a food line for you to choose from as well, including a juice bar that serves both sliced ​​fruit and freshly squeezed fruit juice. What I especially like is the milk bar, whether it's iced tea, iced chocolate, coffee milk, fresh milk, butterfly pea milk, low fat milk, which come in a variety of flavors and are served in compact bottles for you to grab and drink. As for the taste of the food, it's delicious and uses quality ingredients, as expected from the brand. For example, the bread butter is homemade Nescafe. I have to say that the Garlic Butter here is very delicious. It tastes great with any bread. The service is another thing that I have to give a thumbs up for. It is excellent and worthy of being The Ritz-Carlton. All the staff here are lovely, attentive to the guests, and always smiling.
