A perfect healing day with the snow-covered landscape in February✨ The destination of this trip was Yufuin, Japan, and among them, the place I chose while looking for a healing hot spring ryokan in the middle of nature was Kuoritei Ryokan (湯富里の宿 一壺天 / Ikkoten). I went there in mid-February, and it was a little far from downtown Yufuin, near Asokyuzu National Park, so the surroundings were quiet and felt like staying in a forest. Hot spring It was available 24 hours, so I used it leisurely as soon as I arrived, and in the morning as well. The water was very soft, and it was private so I didn't get disturbed, which was nice. 3. Kaiseki course meal Dinner was a 2-hour kaiseki course prepared by a Michelin chef. Seasonal ingredients were used to make the plating, taste, and composition all excellent, and not a single dish was served carelessly. It was so neat that it was a shame to take a picture.❣️ 4.
