The Ritzy Weekend Feast is happening at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur, every Friday and Saturday. This April and May, The Ritzy Weekend Feast welcomes the freshness of spring with seasonal inspirations from the alpine wonderland of Niseko, Hokkaido - the Aspen of the East - brought to life here in Kuala Lumpur. At the heart of this culinary experience is acclaimed guest chef Motokazu Yonezawa, (from Niseko-yo) affectionately known as Chef Moka, whose signature style blends the refined elegance of Japanese cuisine with Italian authenticity. Complementing his creations is a rotating selection of weekend favourites from grilled scallops to Risotto Porcini and Spaghetti Pescatore, each dish thoughtfully crafted to highlight seasonal ingredients and layered flavours.
