Qiaohang Rock belongs to a geological attraction in the Nanji Kumano Geopark and is designated as a National Natural Monument. The rocky scenery is spectacular and worth a visit for easy access. The best time to enjoy it is at sunrise or sunset, the scene is more beautiful and moving. Unfortunately, I couldn't see it this time. I hope I have the opportunity to see it again next time. Address: 1549 Kanokawa, Kushimoto-cho, Higashimou-gun, Wakayama Prefecture Access: Get off at Kushimoto Station on the JR Kise Main Line and walk for about 20 minutes, or at Kushimoto Station take the Kushihonmachi Community Bus bound for Sabe/Uedahara and get off at “Hashihang Rock”
