The fried chicken is tender and juicy, and is served with Japanese sweet soy sauce for a more flavorful taste. 🥓Beef tartar $88 7/10 A very rare Japanese dish, the original piece of beef is slightly charred with a torch before being cut. From the pattern, you can see that it is full of fat. The soy sauce next to it seems to be used for sashimi, which brings out the beef flavor, but it is relatively thin slices, and eating a single slice will leave you with a feeling of wanting more 😌 🐟Dried fish overnight $78 8/10 A cost-effective choice, the whole flower fish is about the size of two palms. Overnight drying: Fresh fish is marinated with about 18-20% sea salt and then air-dried in cold air. After one night, the meat becomes firm.
