Delicious Udon and Tempura at the Foot of Mt. Yotei: Meisui Udon and Nonosan

Don't be fooled by its small size, Udon Nonosan 名水うどん 野々桑 is a popular shop with a long queue in the local area. The country flavor is all about the natural and simple taste. I ordered Chikuwa Udon, which was quite visually conflicting. The deep-fried chikuwa was soft and tender, and paired with the chewy udon noodles, it seemed to be dancing in my mouth, so bouncy and chewy! The thick omelette sprinkled with dried bonito is also very tempting. Meisui Udon Noosa is on the way from Niseko to Meisui Park.
