There is a fee to enter the garden, and the entrance is at the back left of the main gate. After paying at the entrance, the plum garden is right in front of you. In March, when the plum blossoms are in full bloom, it is a spectacular sight. The garden is large, but there are benches and rest areas here and there in the garden. You will lose track of time as you take your time to rest and walk around. There is a venue for weddings near the exit, and the weeping cherry blossoms in front of the venue are very large and were in full bloom when I visited, so it was very beautiful.
