Rengeji Temple in early autumn

This is my favorite temple in Kyoto. It's near Rurikoin Temple, and the admission fee is cheap at about 400 yen, so I went there on the way there, but personally I preferred it to Rurikoin Temple. Because there were few people, you could have the ancient Japanese garden all to yourself in the tatami space. I had about 30 minutes alone. You can go out into the garden, but you can only take photos from the tatami space. Also, there were hundreds of Jizo statues at the entrance, which were eye-catching. The temple staff were kind and comfortable. I think it takes about an hour to get there from Kyoto Station by bus. Also, on sunny days, I think it's a good idea to rent a bicycle and enjoy the roads.
