A hotel I'll keep returning to forever!!! An unforgettable experience for a lifetime

A hotel in Kyoto I'll keep returning to forever! Just got back! Staying in Kyoto like this is super suitable for a city walk. The place I chose to stay, although located in Kyoto's CBD, is situated in the quiet yet popular Gion Shirakawa area. It's peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle, and the surrounding streetscapes are beautiful~ There's a convenience store downstairs, several bus stops and subway stations within a 5-10 minute walk, plus there are many hidden gem dining options nearby. I would probably stay here again next time. Nearby delicacies: Hiro Yakiniku Right downstairs, a yakiniku restaurant that amazed me during my trip to Japan! Although it's a chain, both service and quality are top-notch, and the ingredients are super impressive. Unforgettable at first try. Toku Yakiniku Also downstairs (this hotel is really surrounded by great food), if you can't get a reservation at Hiro Yakiniku, you can settle for Toku Yakiniku. The meat quality is slightly less than Hiro's, but the offal platter is worth a try~ Pontocho Hachijuhachi Yakitori Just cross the Sanjo Ohashi Bridge to get to Pontocho. During my four days and three nights in Kyoto, I almost went to this place every day for skewers because they are just too delicious. Surrounding walking routes: For a first visit to Kyoto, it's perfect to spend half a day on a leisurely city walk. Experience the Edo-flavored, intricately mixed Kyoto town streets, and in the evening, pick a yakiniku or yakitori spot to pair with a chilled drink. Gion Shirakawa - Miyagawacho - Ninenzaka - Five-story Pagoda - Yasaka Shrine - Pontocho
