Pontocho is wider and cleaner than Omoite Yokocho that I visited in Tokyo If Tokyo Omoite Yokocho feels like a narrow alley with food stalls Kyoto Pontocho Street feels like a large alley with many restaurants! Personally, just one thing! The good thing about Tokyo Omoite Yokocho Since Omoite Yokocho is mostly open restaurants It didn't seem inconvenient to visit alone But the izakayas on Pontocho Street feel a little uncomfortable to go alone ㅎㅎ..
