Experiencing History and the Passage of Time at Kiyomizu Stage

The moment I visited Kiyomizu Temple, I was overwhelmed by the expansive view. Especially from the stage of the main hall, the view of Kyoto city was magnificent, and I spent a luxurious time overlooking the cityscape along with the seasonal nature. The temple was enveloped in a quiet atmosphere, and I walked feeling the weight of history. The stage, which is high enough to understand the origin of the phrase 'jumping off the stage at Kiyomizu,' was so grand that my heart trembled when I actually stood on it.
