According to the official website, the restaurant's menu and drinks are adjusted seasonally, and the overall culinary experience is created by a renowned chef named Ai Hosokawa. My biggest impression was that everything was perfectly balanced - the sweet and savory flavors, the fusion of Western cuisine with traditional East Asian food, and the sequence of cold and hot dishes all blended together beautifully. For example, the first dish featured salty fish paired with mild tofu, creating just the right taste when eaten together. The fried meatballs served with soup containing okra and chili peppers brought such a burst of aromatic flavors that it truly convinced me food can bring genuine happiness. The main course was marinated tomatoes with pasta - subtle yet not monotonous in flavor. After six courses I was already quite full and didn't have high expectations for dessert. But the dessert was a surprise! The cream was incredibly smooth, the melon-flavored ice cream was exceptionally fine-textured, and overall it was sweet without being cloying - truly remarkable. This experience truly confirmed for me that there is indeed a separate stomach for desserts.
