#外游 Porto Venere (Pontovenere), another small fishing port near the Cinque Terre in Italy, is listed as a World Cultural Heritage together with the Cinque Terre. Porto Venere is located in the Liguria region of Italy. It is the westernmost cape of the poet's port Golfo dei Poeti and is surrounded by the sea on three sides. It's the best thing to come here to see the sea. Looking back in history, Porto Venere fishing port has had sailing activities as early as the Roman period, and its history is really very long. Walk along a stone road along the seaside all the way up, at the end of the cape, there is a very old church, Chiesa di San Pietro. I really like the colors of this stone road. The brick pink, light pink, dark gray and light gray stones are put together to give Portovenere a unique tone. Compared to the bustling Cinque Terre, Portovenere fishing port maintains a peaceful atmosphere. All around you are the 360-degree sounds of waves and the cries of seagulls, like a piece of music played by the sea!
