A warm hotel experience at Chengji Hotel The hotel room was cozy and comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and I had a good night's sleep. The room cleaning was also very thorough, every corner was spotless. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and thoughtful, from the warm greetings when checking in, to the timely resolution of any problems, all of which made me feel at home. It's worth mentioning that when I had my period, the front desk staff kindly gave me a ginger brown sugar solid drink, which warmed my heart and stomach. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
