Khao Luang Nakhon, peak 1,800 meters, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Khao Luang National Park has 3 routes: Khao Luang Peak, 1,800 m., Yot Fa Mi, 1,600 m. There will be a plane crash ridge. We want to go to all routes. This time we went to Khao Luang Peak, 1,800 m., starting from easy to difficult routes 😂 Short time, 2 nights, 3 days, not much walking, but very tiring. On the first day, we met with the Bangkok team at 09:00 at Wang Mai Pak Waterfall (but there was a slight problem with the car, so we met at 10:30) and started into the forest at 11:30. We rode a dirt bike for a distance of 7 km. It took fifteen minutes. I want to say that it was a very long fifteen minutes. Up and up again, my legs are so stiff, my body is like the driver's 😂 But it's fun, it's great, I like it a lot. When we arrived, it took us 5 km to walk to the first camp. The cumulative slope is about 740 meters, but we are at an altitude of approximately 1,400 meters. We didn't check our watches the whole time. The path passed through a mangosteen orchard and started into the forest, passing through a stream. There were roots and rocks along the way, which was risky because we tripped and slipped a little bit. There were leeches along the way. Personally, I like this place. The forest is nice. Even though we started walking at noon, we didn't feel hot. We just felt tired and the bag was heavy. HR shot up to 180. 17:00 We arrived at the camp. The path is quite steep 😂 Our group reached the top first, so we split up to find a place to sleep, tie hammocks, set up tents, and share the cost of getting water. We filtered it for the officers to help cook rice. The way to get water was tiring, only 50 meters, but it was a good way up and down. The stream is not very wide. There is no area to soak in water. We had to use a dipper to take a bath because there were rocks everywhere. The water was cool and refreshing. So cold that it's so satisfying. Day 2, go up to Khao Luang 1835 😊 I want to say that this trip is a chill and easy trip. Although there are few things to do on this route, few views, and no extra trips, we recommend you to come. At least come and see for yourself 👍🏻 10:00 Go see the ancient forest and see if the sky will be clear. Today's round trip is about 2 kilometers with a slope of 323 meters. Luckily, we only brought lunch and water to eat at the top. After walking for a while, the path started to get steep. There were many roots and rocks along the way as usual. Most importantly, the air was good and cool. Along the way, there were begonias. You can eat the trunks. They are similar to lotus stems, but they have a sour taste. They are delicious. Day 3, it's time to go back. Time flies so fast. Wake up early, pack up the tent, pack up, eat, and walk down from the campsite at 9 am. Go up the same way, go down the same way. No matter how steep it is, it's also steep down. Walk slowly. Be careful not to slip. At noon, we reached the bottom. It was so easy. Happy every trip.
