At night, the old town is brightly lit, and the music from the bar street intermingles with the sound of flowing water, as if telling ancient stories. I especially enjoyed the bustling Sifang Street, where I tasted the local cured rib hot pot and flower cakes—unforgettable flavors. 🌟 Dali Ideal Bump: The Santorini of China 🏰 Ideal Bump is Dali's hottest online celebrity check-in spot, known as the "Santorini of China." The blue and white buildings here are built against the mountains, facing Erhai Lake, as if you are in the Aegean Sea of Greece. I took many photos here, each one as beautiful as a postcard. I recommend coming in the afternoon when the sunlight casts shadows on the buildings, creating a perfect setting for photography. 🌟 Wenbi Village: Where the Rainbow Road Meets Erhai Lake 🌈 Wenbi Village has a rainbow road leading to Erhai Lake. I captured the layered beauty of the sea and the road here, a breathtakingly beautiful scene. The village is small but picturesque, perfect for a leisurely stroll to experience the tranquility and romance of Erhai Lake. 🌟 Habin Mars Manor: A High-End Vacation Experience 🏡 Habin Mars Manor is a high-end resort with elegant surroundings and complete facilities. I stayed here for two nights. Every morning, I opened the window to the beautiful view of Erhai Lake, and in the evening, I enjoyed a drink at the manor's bar—a truly relaxing experience. 🌟 Luwoshan Mountain: Stunning Views from the Window of Erhai 🌊 Luwoshan Mountain was the most surprising place on my trip. The abandoned windows, the Window of Erhai, and the cave cliffs—every corner is perfect for taking photos. I especially loved the Window of Erhai. Looking at Erhai Lake through the window is like looking at a natural painting. 🌟 Shuanglang: Slow Living by Erhai Lake 🌅 Shuanglang is an ancient town by Erhai Lake. I stayed here for two nights, watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Time seemed to slow down. I recommend staying in a sea-view room where you can open the window to the beauty of Erhai Lake—so beautiful you won't want to leave. 🌟 Xizhou Ancient Town: A Pastoral Painting of Bai Ethnic Customs 🌾 Xizhou Ancient Town is a representative of Bai culture. I experienced tie-dyeing here and tasted the local Xizhou Baba and Rushan cheese—authentic local flavors. The corner towers and rice paddies of the ancient town are also great places to take photos, especially the golden rice paddies in autumn, as beautiful as an oil painting. 🌟 Long Bridge and Panxi Village: The Tranquil Beauty of Erhai 🌉 Long Bridge is a niche attraction by Erhai Lake. The bridge arches and the solitary tree are perfect for photos. The famous S-bend in Panxi Village is also very beautiful. I rented a bicycle here and rode along Erhai Lake, feeling the gentle sea breeze. 🌟 Dali Old Town: A Collision of History and Art 🏯 Dali Old Town is quieter than Lijiang Old Town. I strolled along Foreigner Street and Renmin Road, buying many handicrafts. The old town is also beautiful at night. I recommend going to Wuhua Tower for a night view. The view is wide open, and you can see the entire old town. 🌟 Longkan Wharf: The Perfect Spot for Erhai Sunrise 🌞 Longkan Wharf is a great place to watch the sunrise. I arrived here at 5 am and watched the sun rise from Erhai Lake, the sky gradually turning golden—a truly stunning sight. 🌟 Fengyangyi Village and Zhemushan Mountain: Hidden Gems ⛰️ Fengyangyi Village is a quiet small village. I stayed here for one night and experienced authentic rural life. Zhemushan Mountain is an excellent place to overlook Erhai Lake. I captured a panoramic view of Erhai Lake here—a magnificent and breathtaking scene. 🌟 Henan Gubaidu Fengle Cherry Blossom Garden: The Romance of Cherry Blossoms and the Yellow River 🌸 The last stop was the Gubaidu Fengle Cherry Blossom Garden in Henan. The cherry blossoms here complement the Yellow River, creating a picturesque scene. I took many photos here, each one filled with a romantic atmosphere. 🚗 Recommended Itinerary: Day 1: Lijiang Old Town → Dali Ideal Bump Day 2: Wenbi Village → Habin Mars Manor → Luwoshan Mountain Day 3: Shuanglang → Xizhou Ancient Town → Long Bridge → Panxi Village Day 4: Dali Old Town → Longkan Wharf → Fengyangyi Village Day 5: Zhemushan Mountain → Henan Gubaidu Fengle Cherry Blossom Garden 🎒 Tips: Dali has strong UV rays, so be sure to protect yourself from the sun. The best time to take photos at Ideal Bump is in the afternoon. Avoid midday. The tie-dyeing experience in Xizhou Ancient Town is worth trying. You can make your own souvenirs. For cycling around Erhai Lake, I recommend the S-bend in Panxi Village, which has the most beautiful scenery. The best time to visit Henan Gubaidu Fengle Cherry Blossom Garden is from late March to early April. This trip allowed me to experience the natural beauty and cultural charm of Yunnan.
