When I think of Spain, I think of tapas, and I'm introducing Latazo, a local restaurant with a good price-to-performance ratio that I ate in Madrid and a popular tapas restaurant among Madrid locals! Latazo is located on the 2nd floor of the Anton Martin Market. Unlike the San Miguel Market, which is popular with tourists, the Anton Martin Market is a market frequented by many Spanish people, so it's relatively quiet. Since I can't drink, I ordered a non-alcoholic beer, Torrezno, a Spanish fried pork patty, and boiled potatoes that the owner recommended. I really like pork dishes, so I've tried various pork dishes, but Latazo's toreezno was so delicious that I clapped my hands while eating it. The outside was crispy and the inside was bursting with pork patty,,, the texture was amazing. There was almost no meaty smell and it felt like eating cotton candy. And I liked the dishes where you can taste various flavors by spreading boiled potatoes with various sauces.
