Nong Khong Temple

Wat Nong Khong, Chiang Mai Province 🌿This temple is outstanding in both its architecture and its peaceful natural atmosphere. There are four large Buddha statues in all four directions, facing each other in the four directions. This is a rare and highly revered feature of the temple and is highly revered by locals and tourists. 🙏There is a white chapel with blue elephant statues on both sides in front. The elephant on the right is “Chao Phraya Prab Traichak (Plai Bun Rueang), the elephant of King Naresuan the Great.
