The small but beautiful Manchester Cathedral

It is very conveniently located behind the shopping street. The main body of the cathedral is in vertical Gothic style. There is a carved stone in the shape of an angel and a scroll on the south door wall, which originated from the early Saxon church, proving that it can be traced back to 700 years ago. The church features late medieval furniture and an ornately decorated altar screen, reminiscent of a medieval cathedral.
