Atelier C is a takeaway shop where you can enjoy handmade oyaki. The oyaki served here are made with dough from Nagano Prefecture flour, seasoned with local seasonal ingredients and homemade seasonings. The ingredients are seasoned in six different ways, including spring greens, broccoli, flower wasabi, and chickpeas, so you can enjoy Nagano ingredients.
