LAST SPRING IN MATSUMOTO, NAGANO, JAPAN

#100waysoftravel It was a last minute plan to visit Kamikochi. We boarded the train in Tokyo and travelled all the way to Matsumoto only to find out that the bus tickets to Kamikochi were sold out. It was our mistake for not planning well in advance. The timing clashed with Japan's Golden Week public holiday. Our only option was to stroll around Matsumoto City and visit Matsumoto Castle. Fortunately, the weather was great, so, we decided to walk back to the train station. The view along the way was just lovely. #urbanexplorer #matsumotocastle #japan #myitinerary
