Spring Hiking in Kamikochi: Entering a Poetic Snowy Mountain Landscape

Every mid-April, Kamikochi opens its trails, revealing a limited-time breathtaking scenery that is not to be missed. Upon alighting at Taisho Pond, the view instantly captivates you: crystal-clear azure waters reflecting the still-standing bare trees and the snow-covered peaks of the Hotaka mountain range.
