A stylish izakaya in Nakameguro

A stylish two-story restaurant located about a five-minute walk from Nakameguro Station. There are counter seats on the first floor and table seats on the second floor. As the name of the restaurant suggests, it mainly serves Hakata cuisine. ◼️Appetizer: Corn Chawanmushi Sprinkled with corn and truffle powder A summery dish. I don't think you'll notice the truffles very well. ◼️Specialty Bomb Plenty of tuna, salmon roe, sea urchin, and scallops! Rice is spread under the ingredients, and the dish is wrapped in the nori seaweed that comes with it. Of course, it's delicious just as it is! The ingredients are really plentiful and delicious, so it's a must-order! ◼️Doctor Torotama A playful dish in which the sauce is inserted with a syringe. The yolk is soft and creamy, making it a perfect snack. ◼️Hakata Vinegared Motsu The motsu is finely sliced. It may be lighter than regular vinegared motsu. ◼️Mentaiko Potato Salad Looks great! It's covered in plenty of mentaiko sauce and has a strong flavor, so it's a great menu for alcohol drinkers. ◼️Chiran Charcoal Grilled Chicken It comes sizzling. It goes well with yuzu pepper. ◼️Firefly Clay Pot Rice, 1 Cup The mentaiko comes in a heart shape. A photogenic menu. Mentaiko, salmon roe, crab, mustard greens... there are lots of ingredients, and I'm very satisfied as I love salmon roe! Some people might find the taste too strong? All the dishes were perfect for alcohol, so I kept drinking. The atmosphere was quite lively, so the second floor is recommended for drinking with friends.
